Regarding your company ABC Ltd please find below the list with the required information and documentation to be provided: 

1. Full set of company's certificates and Memorandum & Articles 

2.  Tax Certificate (TIC) of the company and taxiset codes if available

3. VAT Certificate and taxisnet codes if available

4. KYC Information (Know Your Client): Passport and Recent Utility Bill of the Directors, Secretaries, Shareholders and UBO of the company 

5. Accounting records of the company such as sales invoices, expenses invoices, receipts, bank statements etc from the date of incorporation up today

6. Agreements between your company and other counterparties 

7. Any other important information you would like to mention 

You can provide us with the above documents by sharing them with us through Google Drive or Dropbox. Please let me know if you would like us to share a link with you or if you already have one to share with us.
