The cost of our work will depend on the nature, volume, complexity of the Company transactions, time spend on your affairs and on the level of skill and responsibility involved.

At this stage, without reviewing the documentation and records it is not possible to provide any precise quotation. However, as an indication, and without any commitment, please see below the charge rate likely to be involved. The below fees do not include the applicable VAT rate:

BINDING QUOTATION

Once we have sufficient information and documentation on your referred clients' business, your records and your accounting system, we would be pleased to provide you with a binding precise advance quotation on the cost of our work.

Our estimate will cover the following:

  • Registering your company with all local governmental departments
  • Audit and preparation of financial statements
  • Preparation of tax returns and submission to the Income Tax office
  • Translation of audited financial statements into Greek for submission

The estimate will not cover any special work relating to VAT matters or tax consultancy which might arise during the course of the work which will be charged separately at the predetermined rate described above.

The estimate will be based on the assumption that no unforeseen difficulties will arise which will require additional work to be performed by us. If such problems appear, we shall inform you immediately.
