There are two broad compliance categories of services offered to our clients, with the most common one being compliance of the Cyprus companies with the local income tax and companies house requirements. In addition to these, routine compliance services, we also offer more sophisticated compliance services to our regulated entities; the Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) as shown below.

Compliance Services to Cyprus Companies (non regulated entities)

• Statutory Audit
• Statutory preparation and submission of year end Company tax return (IR.4)
• Statutory preparation and submission of year end Company Employers tax return (IR.7)
• Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns and monthly VIES returns, where applicable
• Registrar submission of the annual report (HE32)

Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs)

For our Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) we offer compliance services to them as required by the regulator, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Our experience team with years in the field of investment firms and forex trading companies (STP and Market Makers) is equipped to meet the constantly evolving requirement of the EU and Cyprus regulator.
