Kyriakos Tramountanellis is the founding director of CYAUSE Audit Services Ltd and has been keen on making the firm one of the most respected and technologically savvy audit & assurance firms in Cyprus.

In 2015 the firm was accredited by the ACCA for the quality of audit and assurance services offered to its clientele. This is a very important distinction for the firm as the success rate in Cyprus is small.

Kyriakos Tramountanellis is a United Kingdom Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). His professional and academic experience was obtained during his employment with UHY Hacker Young based in London. Throughout his career in the UK, Kyriakos has consulted hundreds of British companies on tax and compliance matters and has been actively involved in the audit of a few of the largest property, shipping and retail companies in the UK.

During his employment with CYAUSE Audit Services, his main involvement was initially tax planning of international companies and compliance support services to local and international interest companies (audit, accounting, payroll direct & indirect tax).

In recent years Kyriakos has focussed more on regulated entities by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) taking part in their licensing, compliance work (External & Internal Audits, Capital Adequacy, ICARA, and Pillar III reporting) as well as assisting such firms setting up physically in Cyprus.

At present, Kyriakos is engaged in consulting overseas clients on tax planning and Cyprus relocation, complicated financial transactions for Cyprus Investment Firms, and their compliance requirements. The rest of the CYAUSE team's core operations remain in the provision of audit, accounting, and payroll services to local and international interest companies via Kyriakos' supervision.

Stergios Tagaras has graduated from the University of Western Macedonia in 2023 with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

He has joined our firm as an Erasmus student in April 2022 and our firm was happy to offer him a permanent vacancy in the accounting department. Stelios has relocated to Cyprus in September 2024, and he is currently wearing two hats; he is acting as an accountant and as the Financial Controller of the firm.

At present Stelios manages a large number of international interest clients for accounting, payroll and VAT work whilst being in charge of debt collection and raising of invoices.

Georgia Pisti is responsible for the accounting arm of the office. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, under her lead, Georgia ensures that potential issues are anticipated and resolved before they occur.

Georgia with her team of accountants are in continuous communication (via e-mail and telephone) with our accounting and payroll clients providing solutions to emerging issues and queries. Over the years Georgia has ensured that the accounting, compliance, and filing obligations of our portfolio are in good order, and our clients are extremely satisfied with the quality of service and prompt responses they receive.

Georgia's primary objective for the entire CYAUSE portfolio is a seamless compliance experience which is then passed over to our team of auditors.

Dimitra Elidou has graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a degree in History & Archaeology.

She successfully completed the LCCI Higher Certificate and joined the Accounting Department of our company in 2023. Dimitra provides accounting and payroll services to our local and international clients.

Marinos Tramountanellis is a graduate of Canterbury Christ Church University in Kent, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.

Marinos joined our firm in 2017 as an ACCA trainee, demonstrating exceptional commitment and professionalism from the outset. Over the years, he has progressed steadily within the organization, and he now serves as the Lead Manager of the Audit Crypto Department, where he oversees a dedicated team of professionals.

In this role, he is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients operating within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector, delivering high-quality audit services in this complex and fast-evolving space.

Specializing in the cryptocurrency industry, Marinos has developed deep expertise in auditing crypto-related entities, including exchanges, custodians, and blockchain-based service providers. His work involves a thorough understanding of digital assets, token classifications, compliance with international accounting standards, and the unique regulatory frameworks governing this sector.

Marinos is currently servicing a large portfolio of international audit & assurance clients with focus on risky markets.

Christodoulos Philippides has graduated from the University of Cyprus with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

He has joined our team as an ACA trainee in 2021 and he is currently the Lead Manager in the Audit Department along with his team. Christodoulos is currently responsible for the audit of Cyprus complex foreign interest entities from all over the world and in charge of the Cyprus Corporation Tax.

Christodoulos' focus has recently shifted to the audit of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) regulated entities and the licensing of Cyprus insurance agencies and brokerages, EU Pass-porting as well as the registration and license renewals of insurance agent and brokerage companies and their regulatory compliance.

Eleni Vasiliadou holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cyprus. She subsequently completed a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, while simultaneously pursuing professional qualifications in accounting, earning the LCCI Higher Diploma.

Eleni joined the CYAUSE team in 2020, marking the beginning of her professional journey in the accounting sector. Her role involved supporting clients across a wide range of services, including the full setup of companies, from inception to the execution of accounting and payroll processes.

She later gained valuable experience working with Cyprus Investment Firms, focusing on licensing procedures and regulatory reporting to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) such as preparation of Capital Adequacy Reports, ICARA Reporting, PII & Risk Reports and Internal Audit Engagements. This has become her area of specialization.

In addition to her expertise in investment firm compliance, Eleni is actively involved in auditing and providing tax consultancy services to small and medium-sized enterprises which relocate to Cyprus for tax planning purposes. She also advises foreign nationals relocating to Cyprus, offering guidance on tax matters and residence permit procedures.

Nefeli holds a degree in Library Science and Information Systems from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki in Greece and an MBA from the University of the People in the USA.

Nefeli has over 10 years of experience in corporate administration and operations management. She has overseen daily operations, managed cross-functional teams, and ensured the effective execution of business processes.

Nefeli has worked on various projects, including AI training, where she focused on prompt writing and evaluation. She has collaborated with international teams and clients on operational tasks, process optimization, and database management, helping to streamline workflows and enhance overall organizational performance.

At present Nefeli is responsible for the onboarding process of the company, banking applications, AML compliance and administrative functions of the firm.

Georgia Adamidou has graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a degree in Political Sciences and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship & Digital Transformation from the University of Nicosia.

At present, Georgia, among others, is responsible for the KYC onboarding process, tax and social insurance registrations, and banking applications.

Her work supports smooth daily operations and contributes to business growth through organized and effective workflows.

Fivi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Warwick and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Services from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She is a qualified lawyer, member of the Cyprus Bar Association, with over 20 years of experience, specialising in corporate law, intellectual property and gaming law.

She began her legal career at Michael Kyprianou & Co. LLC, where she advanced to Head of the Intellectual Property Department. She later joined Christos Patsalides LLC, focusing primarily on corporate law matters.

Subsequently, she served for eight years as Senior Legal Counsel in the Intellectual Property Department of Wargaming.net. In this role, she was responsible for the global prosecution and maintenance of Wargaming's trademark portfolio, copyright and patent registrations, as well as drafting and negotiating intellectual property licensing and assignment agreements. During her tenure, she was actively involved in high-profile collaborations between Wargaming and globally recognised brands, franchises, and public figures, including Warhammer, Hot Wheels, Dune, Vikings, Rambo, Girls und Panzer, Azur Lane, Blue Archive, Star Trek, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, collaborations with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Vinnie Jones, music bands including Sabaton, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, and others.

Fivi joined the firm in November 2024 as Legal Counsel and Chief Operations Officer, overseeing legal affairs and the coordination of the company's operational functions.
