Whether or not you are taxed it depends as to why / how you are transfering the funs? If it is capital contribution, financial aid there is no tax. If you will raise an invoice from Cyprus to Romania then this is normal trading acrtivity. I do not foresee taxes being paid here in Cyprus as per our discussion (capital contribnution / financial audi). Again as above the acquisition of titles by the Cyprus company will result in no taxes. You need to run with your local Romanian accountant if disposing the shares would result to a tax.
