Standard Admin / Tuesday, July 15, 2025 / Categories: Client Enquiries Moving to Cyprus: Digital Nomad & BSC Visa Options Dear Mr. Tramountanellis, I hope you are well. I was going through your law firm's website regarding information options to Cyprus and I was interested in options through the digital nomad visa or through the registration of Companies of Foreign Interests and the immigration path via that route. May I kindly request you to provide me with information regarding your fees to facilitate immigration via the digital nomad route and via the registration of Companies of Foreign Interests and the immigration for myself as potential director and my dependents (wife and daughter). Also, could you please provide an estimated timeline for the entire process from application through to approval of residence permits. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you Kind regards Dear Client, Thank you for your email. My colleague cc’ed will revert. From my part, moving to Cyprus is an excellent idea, we have several clients from Australia and Canada who decided to relocate for different reasons. We will revert within the day with timeframes and fee quotes. The timeframe is anytime between 6 - 8 months following the submission of the applications and depending on the Ministry of Interior (Immigration) workload. Sometimes the digital nomad visa can be obtained within 4 months, again depending on the workload of the immigration department. Kind regards Dear Client, Nice to e-meet you and thank you for your interest in our services. Following your conversation with our colleague regarding your request for a Digital Nomad or a BSC visa, kindly find below useful information for your consideration. BSC Visa: Applying for a Company of Foreign Interests means that you will invest Euro 200,000 in your Cypriot company and that you will be an employee (considered Key Personnel) with a minimum gross monthly salary of Euro 2,500. Timeframe: Approximately 3 months from the submission date (various documents will have to be collected first, in an appropriate format as per the Migration Office instructions). Kindly note that the timeframe always depends on the client (i.e. how promptly they provide the requested information and documents—with our assistance of course when needed). Cost: Euro 6,000 + VAT (from Euro 6,500 + VAT) + Disbursements (including the registration of the company under the BVI, spouse and children) Renewal cost: Euro 1,200 + VAT + Disbursements Digital Nomad Visa: Applying for a Digital Nomad Visa means that you already receive at least Euro 3,500 monthly gross salary from the non-Cypriot legal entity (employer). Timeframe: Approximately 2 months from the submission date (various documents will have to be collected first, in an appropriate format as per the Migration Office instructions). Kindly note that the timeframe always depends on the client (i.e. how promptly they provide the requested information and documents—with our assistance of course when needed). Cost: Euro 3,150 + VAT (from Euro 3,500 + VAT) + Disbursements (including the spouse and children) It is important to mention that documents will be requested for the foreign legal entity which employs you (such as corporate certificates) as well as proof for the Euro 3,500 monthly salary (proof of payments, payslips, personal bank statements showing that you receive the funds, etc.). In addition, you can apply for the Digital Nomad status for a maximum of 3 years. Once 3 years pass, you will have to apply under another visa type. The Migration Office also may remove the Digital Nomad option (they do so every once in a while due to saturation); hence, if you are willing to proceed with this option, we need to hurry up. Note: For all visa applications, you will need documents such as police criminal records, and medical insurance in Cyprus (global medical insurance is accepted as well, under certain circumstances) until the Migration Office issues your residence permits. At your disposal for any further information you may need. Thank you.
