Like dnb? No. It will only be registered to the Cyprus registrar of companies if someone performs a purpose check on your company and pay some fees to get the shareholders certificate. Apostilation of non Cyprus passports takes place in the country of their issuance or, if feasible, in the an Embassy of that country. So you should handle that part - unless i am missing someting.
