Initially, we wanted to clarify the cost of appointing a local director. However, for unknown reasons, we do not see the information you mentioned as sent. We would appreciate it if you could resend it.

Hello, such costs are really low - we charge 150 plus vat plus some disbursements to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies which are less than Euro 100.

As discussed, we are pleased to keep the directors role for the fee of Euro 1,800 + VAT per month up to the point the firm will become operational. Thereon we will transfer the directorship to our peers which we have already located.

Our accounting, audit and tax fees are / will be as per this link - depending on the volume,activities and complexity of the work involved.

At the meeting we have not discussed the below functions:

- registered address

- company secretary

- shareholders.
