Acquiring a Cyprus Company: What Entrepreneurs Need to Know

Following our today's meeting with Mr Kyriakos Tramountanellis, we would like to inform you about our offers as discussed.

Existing Company:

• Incorporation Date - 14/08/2019

• Selling Price Euro 2,500 + VAT + disbursements

For 2023 and onwards:

• Accounting and audit fees 1,500 -1,800 EUR + VAT (see note below)

• Payroll fees - 50 EUR + VAT, per month once you become employee of your company

• Company Registration to Social Insurance - 150 EUR + VAT (One-off fee)

• Employee Registration to Social Insurance - 150 EUR + VAT (One-off fee)

If we decide to also have you as a sole trader with zero tax liability - annual fees  Euro 800 per annum

For the years 2015 - 2021:

• Tax advice (Hourly rate - Correspondence with Tax authorities) - 150 EUR + VAT - Hourly Rate

• Personal tax returns preparation and submission - 150 EUR + VAT per annum for individuals

• Correspondence (if necessary) with lawyers, Romania authorities etc - 200 EUR + VAT - Hourly Rate 

Once we receive the supporting evidence and documentation we need, we will be able to let you know accordingly how much the fees will be.

Thank you for your prompt reply. 

I considered your proposal and I would like to follow your advice.

To that effect please let me know of the documents needed by me to proceed with the action required, as well as arranging another meeting for their handover and to discuss further details.

Please find attached our Agreement based on the email we have sent you previously for the fees according to the services we can provide you.

Kindly note that my colleague (cc in this email) will send you the invoice for the purchase of an existing company as discussed through our meeting in order to proceed with the settlement.

Dear CYAUSE,

I have read and agreed to the attached fees agreement that you sent me.

Pending the arrival of the invoice for the transfer of the existing company I would like to arrange another meeting at your convenience to discuss details like banking etc. and sign the respective documents mentioned above as well as arrange for the corresponding payment.
