Accounting services

My name is Client.

I'm looking for an accountant(+law) to work with my company on Cyprus. I already have a registered company(2 years) with an accountant firm working with me, but thinking about replacing it with somebody else.
Could you please tell what is your fees for:
- Nominee Services (Director, Secretary and Office address)
- Final report+audit + 1 interim report
- Tax certificate

+ yearly migration services(visitors visa)

I have a couple more questions:

1. Do you provide substance services(office, part-time employees)? Yes I'm not sure if every company in Cyprus needs it. What if I have freelancers? Is it enough to have virtual office or I can work without it? Does it depend upon the turnover of the company? Substance is a banking requirement which we can facilitate if needed. At present i beliew you can get away without having to rent anywhere. If the local bank insists at some point then we can offer you virtual office services or actual offices.
2. First of all my previous accountant will resign nominee director and will report it to the bank, so this is the first thing I need. Plus, new registered address. Not a problem it is included in the fees
3. I don't have a VAT number as I have no EU customers. I what cases do I need it? We will advice you on this further once you oboard with us as we need to go through the details of your operation.
