Further to your our correspondence, please note that the requirements for the yellow slip are:

1. ID copy
2. 1 original + 1 copy rental agreement dully stamped - we can assist you with this
3. 1 original + 1 copy employment agreement dully stamped  - we can assist you with this
4. Employment verification - employment contract etc  - we can assist you with this
5. Registration to the Social Insurances (EU applicants can be registered before their migration registration)
6. Marriage certificate (i will double check this)
7. Birth certificate (i will double check this)

Please provide us with scanned copies of the documents points 1-4 for our further action. 

As you can see above we must register you first as an employee with the company to start generating evidence etc + have your rental agreement.

[BJ] would this not be the contract of sale, starting with the pre-contract? (is pre-contract sufficient) How do you create copies? I mean, this will always be a copy…

I do not see mention of Private health insurance… is this not required for EU citizens?
