Relocating a Greek Business to Cyprus - detailed fees of CYAUSE Audit Services for a simple relocation

Good morning and hope you are well.

As we have discussed in the call, please find below our fee quotation for all the services we can provide and the total amount at the end for your budget.

1. Incorporation of a new company -> 700 euros + VAT (+ Disbursements which are in a range of 300-700 euros and the disbursements are paid once the company is incorporated)

2. Registered office fees -> 800 euros + VAT per annum

3. Secretary nominee services -> 500 euros + VAT per annum

4. Director nominee services -> 800 euros + VAT per annum

5. Shareholder nominee services (Optional) -> 500 euros + VAT per annum

6. Tax registration -> 150 euros + VAT, one-off fee

7. VAT & VIES registration -> 150 euros + VAT, one-off fee

8. HE32 submissions (submission of the Financial Statements) -> 75 euros + VAT + 20 euros disbursements per annum

9. UBO Declaration -> 300 euros + VAT and then for the update of the UBO details the fees will be 75 euros + VAT per annum

10. Accounting and audit fees (IR4 are included in the audit fees) -> Since we do not know how many transactions and volume the company will have, please see this link for our fees.

The total amount of the above is 3,475 euros + VAT + (300-700 euros as disbursements). I have not included point 5 since it is optional.

In addition, please find below the costs for strike off and closing down the company in case the project will not work in an estimated 5 years time.

1. Strike off process takes 3-4 months to be finalised and the fees are 800 euros + VAT (It will include the communication with the Registrar of companies, the preparation of the tax clearance letter for strike off purposes and relevant submissions)

2. VAT deregistration will be 150 euros + VAT

Furthermore to your questions, please find below our response:

1. Revolut and yield on tax -> We did not have any client so far proceeding with this subject from Revolut, but we believe it will be fine with us to assist you and be able to use it under accounting etc.

2. Xero -> Following an update from my team, we do not use Xero anymore. We are only using the Eurosoft program for the accounting level.

3. Dubai and new company set-ups -> We will be able to assist you in case you want to explore Dubai options along with Cyprus option. My manager will be able to help you with that.

4. IP Box -> I will send you a separate email with our fees and criteria on Monday once my colleague returns back to the office.
